This notice explains how AuraPrint processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
AuraPrint is responsible for the processing of data sent through this website. To exercise privacy rights, please use the contact form.
Data we process
We process the data you provide: name, email address, optional telephone number, message and, for orders, products, quantities, postcode and notes. For personalisation requests, we may also process the reference file you upload.
Purposes
We use this data to respond to enquiries, assess personalisation requests, process order requests and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to respond to pre-contractual steps requested by you and, where applicable, is based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Recipients
Data may be accessed by providers operating hosting, email and technical tools, solely to provide the service and under AuraPrint's instructions. When you open WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms' policies also apply.
Retention period
Enquiries and order requests are kept for the time needed to handle them and, normally, for up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a legal obligation or the defence of legal claims requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

This notice may be updated when processing activities or the law change. The update date will always appear on this page.
